Dr. Njoku advises ministries, embassies, development partners, NGOs, and policy institutions on institutional capacity development, leadership alignment, governance communication frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategy, and crisis preparedness and response. Her work is professional, non-partisan, evidence-based, and anchored in institutional ownership, sustainability, and measurable outcomes.

She serves as a Senior Lecturer at Pan-Atlantic University, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate training in communication, leadership, and media studies.
